What is our return policy?
Ojibwa allows most items to be returned within 14 days with a valid receipt of purchase. All items must be unopened and returned in the same condition in which they were bought. There are no returns on C-B-D, hygiene products, Young Living, BioLight, refrigerated supplements, clearance, and services. If an item is in new condition, but there is no valid receipt, you may be eligible for store credit.
Does Ojibwa sell gift cards?
Yes! Ojibwa sells gift cards for any custom amount. They are print on nice stock paper with the Ojibwa logo; they are not electronic. Just ask a staff member for one when you’re at the front register.
What payment methods does Ojibwa accept?
With our current POS system, Ojibwa takes debit and credit cards from most companies, as well as tap payments from a cellular device/mobile wallet. Ojibwa also encourages cash payments, as it retains it’s full value.
Ojibwa’s owner at this time, does not like to take written checks, but they may still be accepted with a valid driver’s license and phone number. Allow 1-4+ weeks for your check to clear,
Does Ojibwa charge a fee for card transactions?
Yes. A 3% fee is added into the transaction total, but only when paid with a credit card. The fee can be waived when using a debit card, and there is no fee for cash. Please alert the staff when you are in store as to which payment you are doing. A split payment of part cash first and then debit/credit card second gets rid of the fee, also. Thank you for your understanding.
Does Ojibwa offer delivery or shipping?
No. At this time, Ojibwa is not set up for offering direct delivery or shipping by mail. Purchases can by made over the phone via manual card entry if needed, but must be picked up in-store.
What products does Ojibwa carry?
Currently, Ojibwa carries homeopathic remedies, organic herbal teas, herbal supplements, vitamins and minerals (singles and combinations), natural skin/hair/oral care, essential oils, some select grocery (organic spices, gluten-free and/or vegan snacks, organic/non-gmo nuts and seeds, organic/sustainable coffee and coffee alternatives, etc.), books on natural health, pet food and pet functionals, and much more. Call the store for specifics.
